Oil pan gasket

So I am new to this forum. I have been working on my 92 integra gs 1.8 liter automatic. Anyway the last owner was very rough on the car. So I have been leaking a quart of oil a week and deside to fix this. I have my car on ramps, I have taken off the exhaust manifold, I have all the bolts and nuts off the pan. But next to my transmission, cross beam, and exhaust manifold pipe are four studs in a row. Now half of the pan comes off nicely but the last part is just stuck. On said studs, there is no room to attempt the double nut method. What are my options?

Vise grips. Turn and pull down.

Plan on helicoil to repair. Going to be a pain with it in the chassis.
