my passenger seat belt will not retract back when the door is closed. ive checked all fuses (interior and under the hood) and none are blown. when i put the ignition in the second setting, i get the quick "b-b-b-beep" sets then once those are done, i get "beep-beep-beep-beep..." in half second intervals. the sound is coming from the passenger/middle side wile the "b-b-b-beep" comes from the driver side. the "beep-beep-beep..." also continued while the car is started. anyways, my car was fine about 3 weeks ago. i jumped it because the battery died and everything was fine. then my dad told me we had a battery charger and i used that. i put it on a 12v/6amp (large batteries) setting and the battery didnt charge for a couple hours. changed it to 4amp (medium batteries) and it charged within an hour. is it possible, because i had the 6amp setting used, i could have blew something? if so, what could i have blown?
