Haven't seen manual lock door panels, but I imagine they would be the same. Only difference I can imagine is the door handle trim piece with the switch on it. But you should be able to get the one from your manual lock panel and just use that one instead. As far as electrical, should be identical. The door lock harness is just two cable that are part of all the door wiring, but if you don't have them they shouldn't be an issue if you are sticking with manual locks.
