remote auto start help!!!!!

ok i went and got remote start on my car. useally when you remote start it and put your foot on the brake without the key in, it turns off. it doesnt do that anymore, when i put my foot on the brake it stays on and the car wont come out of park. i know something has to fail, is there a fuse that could be blown or something got unplug......i dont know how to fix it and need help asap!!!!

Did you just get this installed? Why not take it back to the guy who installed it and tell him there's a problem?

Can you tell us the brand and model of the starter?
