rsx base to type s swap question!

What is bard? He has the paperwork showing the engine is from a donor from BAR if thats what u meant? I dont live in sac but the car is in sac i live like 40min down south

Edit: he sayyyys hes a mechanic but u can only believe someone u dont know so much

Bard is where you take to an inspection place and they make sure it has o2 sensors and what not and they give a nice big sticker in the door jam saying its approved with engine VIN on it.

Would the paperwork from BAR be the same thing to present at a smog station saying that the swap is legal and has been approved?

SO that car actually fell through.... guy was a flake but found another without an engine. It's an 02 rsx-s but engine went out, tranny and all the rest is there just need an engine. How much would that go for and where could I get one?
