spark plug question

the other day i took my spark plugs out to check them cause i knew my car has problems starting sometimes, 2 of the them were fouled, so the previous owner left 3 spare spark plugs with the spare tire, without thinking to check the model number on them, I figured since they were NGK and they were in my trunk with my spare tire i thought they must be for my car, so i put them in, and the car starts right up, no problems so far. But today i was curious and checked the model number its not the right one for my car -.- . But, But all of the specs for both spark plugs are the same from what i researched online. But just to make sure, should i continue using these or will this cause damage to my engine or my coils?

its up to you if you want them. i wouldnt run anything thats not meant for my car. they could fire properly, or give off too much or too little spark.
