Switch blocks an tranny?

I just bought a 98 integra GS-R. im lookin to push a little more power out of it i remember reading somewhere that this dude put a typr r block in but left the gs-r head an was looking to get opinions and info. Will it help any?

Just build your GSR. It's not worth swapping all the hassle and cost of swapping a stock ITR block in there for the power you'd gain.
