so heres the thing, i drive a lot on highway and im just wondering if my rpm is suppose to be at 3k when doing 65. it might even be at 3500 at 65. in my old cb i would be at 2 or 2 1/2.

depends on what transmission you have. LS tranny, you should be at about 2300 rpm. b16, LSD, or nearly anything else you'll be in the 3000-4000 area.

thats right around where my y1 hangs out on the freeway. for me its just right not so short it chugs all my fuel but still pulls really well. a buddy of mine had the shorter ratio trans with a b16a and it hauled but at 65 on the freeway he was in vtec lol. im just below vtec at 75 mph

For the DAs with the 4.4 final you should be about 3000 at about 60 3500 at 70
same as the DC GSR tranny
Hydro ls is 500rpms lower
