Trunk leaking/ what part is this?

Hello everyone,
I have discovered a leak in my integra trunk, and i took the panelin off and discoverd it is coming from a white plastic looking piece in the upper right hand corner of the trunk. Is this part of the brake light assemble? I was hoping the rear drain sunroof tube had come loose,or the seals in the lights had gone bad. I am not sure wht this whilte plastic piece is. I had to work and was not able to take the lights out today and inspect, so i thought I would put it on the forum and see if any experts have dealt with this particualr leaking spot. this is the right rear and I was pouring water over the right taillight and right corner of car, its a 98 integra GS

I replaced the gaskets but still have the leak coming from the white plastic pieces on both sides. On the right side under the tail light near the blinker, there is a plug that is IMO leaking throung the other side to the white piece. The left side does not have the grommet undet the light and is leaking also. I need to find the part so i can replace both sides under the tail lights..

Anyonwe know the part number or name of this?
