Valve spring compression

We have the head apart and are cleaning up the valves. Valves look good and are checking the compression on the springs. Springs are averaging 75 lbs with a spring tester. Is this a little weak?

I am assuming the valve stem seals are a pain to drive out. They seem pretty stubborn.

Based on the little info I have found. It looks like so long as the valve springs are between 70-90, they are good for stock power delivery. I know the aftermarket stuff is double that and for more aggressive cams.
