Water Leaking!!!

Okay maybe someone has had the same problem. I have a 96 RS and my rear seats were wet, so I took em out. Long story short I have gutted my car completely. Well its been raining and water seems to be leaking from near my LT driver rear window, im not completely sure. There is a little water very small in the trunk not enough to slosh forward. Anyone have any ideas how I could fix this?

And while its gutted im doing a thorough cleaning...thorough!

Okay update I have everything exposed except the head liner. It started raining about 2 hours ago so I went and checked and wow is it ever leaking. Its not continuious though. Its like it builds up somewhere and then flows out. It comes out kinda near the corner where my hatchback meets the headliner in the back. Any ideas what it is? Maybe hinges? Is there a drain plug that is plugged??

No sunroof, could it possibly be comming from the rear window squirter for the wiper? Its like the water runs down the sides all the way to under the rear seats.
