I am partial to rubber on my tires... We bought our 92 bmw 325i with the current wheels and tires, and it has 18's.... I don't like how huge they are, and the lack of rubber... Not to mention a set of good tires run about a grand.... Not worth the cash. I don't know how much a set of great 16's cost, but I think the price for 15's on a DA would be better! lol
I plan to track mine, though... I used to like my mushimoto soft compound tires... They were really great tires, that were quiet, and would last a decent amount of time. I ran them on 15's on my civic, and they outlasted the car, if that is any indication. I had over 30k on them, and they looked close to new... Do whatever makes you happy now, as you can always change it up later, to suit your needs!
