The B17 head is just a PR3 casting. It's the same as a b16. In fact the whole B17 is literally just a stroked B16. So any PR3 head will work. If you find an ITR PR3 it will be factory ported. Usually cost more money.
Check Craigslist and eBay honestly. Also FS sections on this forum and Honda-tech. Price varies on quality and how complete it is. You can usually pick up a standard PR3 complete for $450 ish. The ITR heads are usually double that, mostly because people price gouge.
