WILL SKUNK 2 COILOVER SLEEVEs FROM A EF FIT A DA?

I was planning on getting skunk 2 coilover sleeves and tockio blues ppl told me its a nice setup and my friend has skunk 2 coilover sleeves from his ef. Will they fit??

Also how do you lower the skunk 2 sleeves with out the tools they come with??

F&F type 1s would be a better choice but you would just put the flat head in one of the little divets and hit it with the hammer to turn the lock thing( dont know the name)
