So this is what I discovered...
It is a 1998 B18b1 engine with what looks to be a OBD1 intake manifold. It appears that yellow PCV valve is just used as a plug for the hole in the IM. It was jb welded to the nut that holds the IM to the motor. Does it need to be plugged?
Car is a 1995 so it should be OBD1... I need to see if they did a complete OBD2 wiring harness or what...

Mine is exactly how you see it in the picture I posted and it runs great. :what:
As for the wiring, it won't hurt anything if it's an OBD1 harness on an OBD2 engine. As long as the alternator, injectors and dizzy are OBD1, you're good. That's what was done on my B20, and again... It runs great.
