General FAQs

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8am until 4pm EST. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

How do I know if an item is in-stock?
If you would like to check stock on an item before ordering please click here or email us.

What if I order a product that is out-of-stock?
If you order a product that is out-of-stock you will be notified via email with the option to wait for the product on back order or cancel your order.

How do a track my order?
You can view your order information here.

Do I need to pay sales tax on items ordered?
Only Pennsylvania residents are required to pay sales tax.

I don't see an option to order if I live outside of the U.S. or Canada.
We are currently only shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico. If you live in AK, HI or PR please contact us for extra shipping charges. We cannot ship to any APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.

 

Billing / Shipping FAQs

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), PayPal, Google Checkout and money order.

Can I have my items shipped to an address other than my Credit Card billing address, PayPal confirmed address or Google Checkout address?
Unfortunately no, we can only shipped to your confirmed address.

What is a PayPal confirmed address?
When a buyer's credit card billing and shipping address are the same. In some cases PayPal has examined the buyers PayPal account history.

How can I confirm my address on PayPal?
By adding a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (the address where you recieve your c/c statement). Other options to confirm your PayPal account can be discovered on www.paypal.com.

How can I track my order?
You should have received an email with tracking information when your order was shipped. To view tracking information online please login to your account and view the order in your order history.

How are your items shipped?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you need an item sooner please contact us. Performance parts are shipped via FedEx or UPS and most merchandise include stickers, shirts, etc. are shipped via USPS. Decals and stickers will arrive in a regular business size envelope. Lanyards will arrive in a bubble envelope and t-shirts and license plate frames in a poly bag.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours or ordering. Once shipped you will be notified via email. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days depending on your location.

 

Order Cancellation / Returns

What if I need to make changes to or cancel my order?
We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not yet shipped. Please contact us at immediately if you wish change or cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled or changed if the items have already shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, with the following conditions:
Special order items cannot be canceled.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed if the merchandise has been shipped.

Can I return my purchased item(s)?
Returns must first be approved by TunerSports. Any unauthorized return will not be accepted.
Returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to TunerSports within 14 days of invoice date.
Shipping charges included in the original price are not refundable.
25% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for the return.
Special order items are not refundable.
All used engines, used parts, clearance items, and discontinued items are sold AS-IS. No refunds or exchanges.
