im lost u said close race but ur time slip says u got a 18 and I'm referring to ur title that the evo ran 11.9 lol but imguessing 11.9 was ur best run just wondering why u didn't post the time slip of u and the evo to make the video more tangible hehehe correct me if I'm wrong

BESIDES flash tuning for a lower output of the motor, N/A engines can be limited in power by intake restrictors, something used a lot in the motorsports world.
I voted turbo, because your gonna love the car N/A, get smoked by some E46 M3 or Evo and your going to want more power. Install the turbo, run low boost for now then when you can build up the motor, turn that shit up

looking ok but i think you must set camera angle at top best direction
