b18b1 with gsr pistons?

hey guys so i have a set of GSR pistons and i was going to put them in my stock B18b1 but didnt know if they would just go right in with no problems or modifications so will they fit right in?

using just gsr psitons on ls rods ?? if your using gsr rods and pistons you will need a gsr crank

i have gsr pistons with the rods so if i wanted to put them in my car i would need a gsr crank too?

I'm going to be that dude, but you need to research bro before you get into this. Crank and rods need to match, so yes.

ls blocks & c/c1 blocks have different deck heights as well I believe. A quick google search showed 3 or 4 really good links. Get to reading :-D

Install the GSR pistons on your LS rods and use the LS crank. Easiest/cheapest.

Exactly, same bore different stroke. It's longer on the b18b/b20.

Which makes me believe building an ls vtec with a gsr crank is the way to go. It's balanced for higher rpms and the shorter r/s ratio takes less stress off the cylinder walls.

I think I'm into something here.
