Blinking CEL jdm b20b swap

Got a CEL when key is turned to ignition ON. Comes on solid for approximately 1 second goes away then flashes once. It repeats this pattern only with car ignition ON. Turn on car and no CEL, car feels like it's running normal and has no codes. Anyone have an idea on what it can be?
