clutch issue

So I just bought a new clutch kit and flywheel. I've preassembled the clutch disc, and pressure plate to the flywheel and Idk if the plate should be fitting flush to the flywheel or not f there is a slight gap between the two so please any info will be greatly appreciated

How are you going to get the flywheel on with the clutch in the way? Once you torque it down it should be fine, but you may have the clutch disc in backward. Pics would help.

you cant preassemble it. The flywheel needs to be put on the motor first

I have the new flywheel on a bench so I placed the disc on it then the pressure plate to see if all fits well and with the alignment tool in place the plate isn't sitting flush with the flywheel so is something wrong?

It's probably not bolted. What's the brand

Eclutchmaster stage 2put I think I have to tighten down the pressure plate bolts to make it fit flush
