Damaged Engine Bay Item

Good Evening All,

I need some assistance on a matter involving a damaged item in my engine bay.

I will be posting 2 images to give visual to the current state of the engine bay item and any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please also include any temporary fixes until I can purchase the new item in question.

Now this may not seem like a big deal some or any gear heads out there. But I've been in the market to hook up my 1990 Integra GS and I know just how important the little things are.

If anyone knows what this particular item is called and its significance to my engine bay, I'd like to know.

Well you know, it just seems to be a cracked engine bay piece but not sure what it is.

The material is like a flexible plastic or rubberish stand for whatever is bolted. I dont know if I should glue back down or if there is a brand new piece that I should get.

Any thoughts?
