Take a walk around Home Depot. Maybe a big hunk of plastic.

I took out my back seats and covered the entire area with plywood. There is an article somewhere that shows pics of how it can look.

Yeah just use yours or borrow someone's old flimsy board that's in the back and copy it onto 5/8s plywood. I did that and have slept in the back of my car, sat on it, stood on it.. Works great.
