Engine rebuild 1994 integra vtec.

Hello all, I'm about to start a rebuild on my motor. Since it's a 1994 I bought it in 2013 but it's been sitting since probably 2015-16. It's high mileage at about 220k. When I put it to rest it was leaking and burning oil, and had started burn coolant. Motor never blew. What would be first steps on starting this rebuild. thanks
