Fender rolling with plastic bumper?

Ok so I know I'm probly about to get called an idiot lol. But I have a plastic front bumper, not sure if it's the stock one (is the stock bumper metal?) and I'm getting 15x7 rims offset 38mm with 205/50/15 tires. I was considering getting my fenders rolled. My car is lowered, is this necessary? Will it work on the plastic bumper? If so where can I have it done and about how mch does it cost?

You DEFINITELY do not need to for that setup.

It will cost time, money, and will make your wheels look very 'sunk'

Alright well if I don't need to I won't. I want the wheels to be as close to flush with the Fender as possible.
And yes I'm pretty sure it's plastic or something like that. It says integra on it but that doesn't gaurantee it is stock.

You realize you roll the fenders and not the bumper right? I'm not really sure what youre asking about in regards to that really

You don't need to roll your bumpers, you cant anyway. It's fenders only.

And with an offset like that your wheels will not be near flush.

So they will be sunk into the body rather than sticking out? What would be more ideal to have no rubbing but also be not quite flush but close enough to where it looks good but will not hit the fender?
