Can I run power steering or air conditioning with a turbo?
Yes, the fitment all depends on what kind of turbo manifold you run. Log manifolds are usually best for keeping them both.

What size exhaust should I run?

3" is recommended for turbo setups. However if you're just trying to make a quick street car under 300hp- you should be fine with 2.5".

What size fuel injectors do I need?
Your fuel injectors are dependent on your power goals.

240cc/min (stock): 170-180whp
310cc/min: 200-240whp
370cc/min: 250-275whp
440cc/min: 300-325whp
550cc/min:350-375whp
650cc/min: 400-425whp
750cc/min: 450-475whp
1000cc/min: 600whp
1200cc/min: 700whp
1600cc/min: 850whp

Do I need to upgrade your fuel pump?
It is a very good idea to upgrade to a Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump. The stock pump is usually good to 200-250, but at 250 you're really putting strain on it. After 450hp it is probably a good idea to put an inline pump in.

How much power can I run safely on stock internals?

Your tune means everything. A bad tune could kill a motor at 200hp. 300hp is the general consensus for stock internals with a good tune.

What size turbo should I run?
That all depends on the goals for the car. A large turbo wouldn't be good for a street car as it takes a while to spool. However a good mid size turbo is perfect for a daily driver. You can stay out of boost for daily driving, but still get there to have fun. Figure out exactly what you want to use the car for, then go from there.

How do I know if my motor is in good enough condition to turbocharge?
A leakdown and compression test will tell you all you need to know.

Do I need to convert to OBD1?

You really should. OBD1 is much better for tuning then both OBD0 and OBD1.

What is needed to convert?
You can buy conversion harnesses online. Then you just need the ECU, fuel injectors and distributor.

Should I run Hondata?
Unless you have big power goals or need the tuning capabilities of Hondata, I would not recommend it.

Where should I buy parts?
Wherever is convenient for you. Intercoolers and piping can be bought from eBay for the best pricing.

Should I run an eBay turbo kit?
It's up to you. Just don't be surprised if you blow your turbo up in six months or your part's aren't fitting perfect.

Do I have to run a half size radiator to have a turbo?

Not for all applications, but it would probably be easiest to. Your manifold and turbo location are some of the big deciding factors.

What is the difference between a wastegate and a blow off valve?
Wastegates limit the pressure to the engine, a 7psi wastegate spring will only let 7psi of boost build. A blow off valve releases the excess pressure from the engine when you let off the throttle. That's why you get the cool "Pssshh" sound when you let off the throttle.

What is the point of a turbo timer?
It keeps the engine running for a short time until the oil cools.

Do I need any ignition upgrades?
The stock ignition is good to at least 450hp.
