High idle on start up and erattic idle when stopped

My 94 LS IDLES AT 4000 RPM ON START UP.THEN AFTER A BOUT 20 mins of drive time when she comes to a stop her idle goes up and down... Help

Check for vacuum leaks.
Clean the IACV
clean the FITV and properly tighten it
Remove and clean your throttle body while your at it.
After all this burp your coolant system properly.

There are step by step 'how to' on all stated above, just google. Gl and happy holidays
