Loss of power Integra 94

hey guys i have a honda integra vti-r 94 model and wnt to know why it has recently lost power?

some factors i have already eliminated incledu a full service ie fuel filter spark plugs air filter oil .

also i had the catalytic converter checked that is ok .

the change in the cars performance changed pretty much straight after it was tested in a few high rpms tests! ie dragging.

ive had that suggested to me previously . i do suspect it to be that but how does that happen in a electronically controlled car? how is it possible?

one of your cam gears must have slipped by a tooth or 2, causing the cams to "jump" timing.
