Some changes

I updated the homepage to run off of vbadvanced. I also tweaked the vbgarage and added a link in the header. It's a bit easier to use and you can also rate each others ride. I still need to complete the specs page. If anyone has any integra specs like the specs page on CC I would appreciate any help I can get.

I like the new Homepage and VBgarage. But I mentioned in the other thread (in moderators section).

-When uploading Avatars They become VERY small (brought up by g3teg97)

-Also when uploading the Profile Picture its very small as well.
