Sunroof misaligned

My sun roof works great but when I open it is not smooth it's kinda jumpy and poppy but still goes open and closes just fine

How do you align the sunroof so it slides back smoothly

Me and one of my buddies shot the tracks down with some wd-40 and cleaned them out it still jumps though but if I put my hand under it and hold it up a little I will slide very smoothly

Put actual grease in there. I haven't messed with a teg Sunroof yet, but if it's. Like a legend they should be a what to adjust it. Open the sunroof the whole way and look at the tracks (standing outside of the car looking into the sunroof)
