switching throttle body and intake manifold

I have a 1997 acura integra gsr with the b18 motor in it and im wanting to know if i am able to switch out the factory throttle body to a 70 mm throttle body and switch out the intake manifold to a aftermarket blox v3 intake manifold with a cold air intake routed to the wheel well and be fine without having any problems or will it act up and will i need to tune the ecu or re map the acu

Sure it'll do just fine without a tune because none of that will make a big enough difference to require a tune. See how that works?

So i wont have to tune it and it wont stall ever and will it run rich or lean or will it be in the middle
