tru heart lowering springs

I got some wheels for my 99. They are 15x6.5 +40 offset. I am assuming they will fit like stock wheels? I am looking to lower the car atleast 2in. Would I have any problems lowering it that much with those wheels? I am also looking to find what springs to get, I was looking at the blackworks or tru heart but couldnt find much info on people using them. I was just curious if they were any good. Just looking for a decent ride and lowered stance.

That size wheel should be fine if you plan on lowering 2". Never heard any feedback on those springs though.
