If its the right OBD and isn't the ITR engine yes, but you will have a check engine light because USDM engines have a knock sensor and jdm do not. It wont affect the performance.
This is assuming you have a USDM P72. Always use premium gas too on Vtec engines due to the slighty higher JDM compression or it wont run properly.
Everything is OBD2, had to get a wiring harness for a LHD and got a vtec sub harness from RYwire to make sure everything is plugged in... just wanted to make sure that was pretty much it for a JDM engine with the USDM ecu
