Vancouver Area Peeps! Good shops in the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area

Hi, as I am a new integra owner, I am interested to find out what would you recommend for good and affordable shops in the lowermainland area:

1. exhaust/intake/repairs
2. wheels/tires/rims

Ya I have also been looking for a good place to get some body repair done. Mine got dented and has some rust :( Looking for a good place to have it fixed in Vancouver.

spegs: I've heard good things about Garage Five in Richmond. Not sure about body work but they are the tuning specialist. I guess maybe if you go to them and they can't do it they can refer you to somewhere good for body repairs.

I've heard good things about Panther Precision in Van for rims, ie- refurbishing, and not so good things about Greens. Haven't had work done from either place though so I can't really say for sure. I'm thinking about taking my 02 Ody rims to Panther to get refurbished this winter.

They mainly refurbish and repair but their website says they have a large inventory of refurbished rims.

I have used Nu-Brite in the past for painting of my rims to white. Simon does an excellent job there. (near 192th and hwy 1)
