I'm looking to move to the Chesapeake/ Virginia Beach area, opinions, thoughts? any places to avoid where my car might get stolen? any information would be great really though, thanks.
I have a buddy who lives in Richmond and another currently in Virginia Beach, figures I can't get ahold of either of them unless they are drunk at my house in NY...
I grew up in VB. The Ocean Lakes and Red Mill areas are nice, as well as First Colonial and some of the areas around town center. Kempsville isn't bad either.
