Cruising on the highway now...70 mph under hood temp is 94 degrees iat is 132. Been on the high way for a good 10 miles.

Where was the temp probe when you conducted the test? Are your fans coming on?

Yeah both fans are on and the probe was under hood next right near the right side strut as close to the intake as I could get it

You have really poor air flow. Ive seen turbo Integras with cooler engine bay temps by just using a vented hood. Try the hood prop technique by putting nuts or washers between the hood and the hinge. Give it at least 1/2" gap and remove the rubber weather molding around the back of the hood.

I have 140 iat city driving. Also 104 underhood. Mind you this is at night as well.

Yes its hot. You need a cold air intake or wrap that header. Or both.

Just curious, could the eBay wires I was running be a factor to high engine heat? I just got some OE NGks in and slapped them I'll, I'll let you know if it helps!

No. The thin walled runners without a heat shield are a factor tho. You could wrap them.
