Hi I have an Integra DB1 with skunk2 coilover sleeves with 10k and 8k springs. My shocks are filled with custom oil, and are stiffer than Stock, however, the shocks are with NO gas and this effects handling very bad. I need very good handling, that's what I aim. What do you recommend...

Dritan. You probably got it wrong. If you had 84 mm pistons and 83mm sleeves, then the sleeves could be bored to fit the pistons. But what you say is just the opposite. Your pistons are smaller than your sleeves. Pistons "get in" the sleeves. So you can't get the sleeves smaller in...

well, actually an integra with 300 whp on street wheels and tires is already so much. for eagles, you're right. I heard some eagles went bad at about 500 hp, and this is already known around I guess. actually, what I need is a bomb proof car.

buy new OEM rings or Hastings rings or another reputable rings brand rings and an OEM or Cometic or another famous brand complete gasket kit. and once the motor is opened, it will be seen if anything else is needed.

What kind of transmission oil to use in '91 Integra LS ? is 10-40W Semi-Synthetic OK ? The manual says 10-30W SF/SG but i guess I can't find such oil at today's market.

sps21112 : the sleeves are not 84mm because there was a problem with the 84mm pistons I couldn't get them, there was CP 81.5mm so I got them for a very good price. So the project has become 81.5mm. I also had to use 81mm gasket with the 81.5mm bore, I think there's no problem. right ?

A factory in Turkey makes them for B-Series and D-Series..
