I did a head gasket job and i need to reinstall my cams (ls head) I cant get the intake cam back to tdc because one of the cam lobes is pushing down an a valve spring so it doesnt want to sit does anyone have a trick so it can sit and i can tighten the bolts for the cam holders thanks

I bought a 97 integra a few days ago In park it revs up to 2000 then when you put it in reverse or drive it goes back down to 1000 Also the car jumps when shifting into reverse. Really scared ill have to replace the whole transmission please help
