Intake Cam Shaft TDC

I did a head gasket job and i need to reinstall my cams (ls head)
I cant get the intake cam back to tdc because one of the cam lobes is pushing down an a valve spring so it doesnt want to sit
does anyone have a trick so it can sit and i can tighten the bolts for the cam holders

Get it as close to TDC as possible.

Tighten down all cam holders snug.

Get a wrench and there's a spot to manually turn the cam to TDC.

The LS has holes in the cam shafts and two of the cam caps. Align the holes with the caps and put a 3.5mm allen wrench or suitable sub in there. Slip on the belt, and remove the allen wrench or suitable sub.
