01 GSR: Needs Help, was misfiring then, BOOM

Friend cars 01 GSR is misfiring code showed up saying it too, check everything and found WATER in the plugs 1, 2, 3, but 4 was dry, pulled out wire number 3 while it was running, car shuts off. I dry the plug tubes with a cloth with taking the plugs out. The car now has no spark and for some odd reason the ECU fuse blowout. Replaced fuse but still nothing. Called it a night was dark and cold.

Any ideas?
