12v wall plug

Ok so i need to find a way to connect a 12v wall plug into the car but the cigarrete ligher doesnt work so i cant buy an adapter.

Is their a way to do this without cutting the wires from plug? Like to the battery or something?!

Or is their a way to change the the lighter its self into another plastic?! The one i have right now is the itr cf plastic and i dont wanna loose it.

What im trying to do is put in LED dome lights, like the two red ones i have, but these ones are from ikea and they allow me to change colors, rainbow effects, and turn it off when ever.

well why doesnt the cig lighter work? have you checked its fuse, wiring, etc? cutting the wires of the led might be your easiest bet since you could run it to the fuse box for its own fuse.

Ive checked the fuse and its fine, its plugged in from the back but idk if something was cut or what, i reallly dont know where to check. How do i add a fuse to the fuse box? To make it its own
