1992 acura integra ls fluxuating idle.

now I have a 1992 acura integra ls with a b18a1 and I started getting her tuned up she had a terrible idle and misfired in the spark plug sleeves because of oil build up. I replaced the gasket on the head cover and plugs wires dizzy ect new battery and even replaced the fuel filter. she was running like she has never run before and still is although at stop light the car will idle lower and just fluctuate about 250 rpms. not a terrible deal but I want her running great thinking stock b18a1 might need some cylinder work. or head work. capable and whilling to do all. ideas experiences. thanks

Start with the basics before you get into the big things. Clean your IACV (idle air control valve).

I had a buddy adjust my idle and mine started that had to go back and adjust it again

With the idle screw? That's usually a band aid where stitches are needed bro
