i have a 1993 ls DA automatic tranny was starting to go bad so i swapped it. the tranny i got was from a friend he pulled from a perfect clean low mileage car that was totaled he put it in his DA because at the time his was not shifting past 1st. well with the new tranny it kept doing the same thing so he took it out and junked the car. so i thought nothing was wrong with that tranny just he did something wrong and bought it from him swapped it in my car now my car wont shift past 1st. iv read about the the solenoids so i changed them from my old tranny still same problem or help i can get will mean allot!!!!! im planning on getting another tranny if i cant figure this out but really don't want to do a swap again if i don't have to!
