My Integra is throwing a P1298 CEL code. ( Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage)
Any ideas how to fix it? Can I just replace the ELD unit in the under the hood fuse box?
Also, whenever I try to start the car it takes awhile for it to actually turns over start. I'll push down the clutch & turn the key & for like 5 seconds nothing happens then the car turns over & starts. Would that have to do with the ELD being bad?
