I don't know where to go for my birthday...some ppl say Opera?

I haven't been there but isn't Opera more of a club for teens? I've been told a lot of 18-20 year olds go there. There are lots of places to go between 10th and 13th. I haven't been to any of the clubs since turning 21 yet, but some of the bars are pretty nice around there.
