I just got a 91 Acura Integra. Its all stock and it says DOHC on it and i know what that is but im curious if DOHC and Vtec are the same thing? That and what is the engine size and horsepower? Im new and probably what you call a "internet noob" so dont give me trash if i didnt post this right.

DOHC stands for dual overhead cam, it isn't the same a vtec (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control). It sucks for you (and for me too) but not all dohc are vtec (or even hondas). The 91 tegs never came with a vtec engine so your engine is probably a b18a with around 120 hp and its 1.8 liters. Does that help?

Yup what charly [horse] said is correct it doesn't have vtec but its definitely good to turbo the engine
