92 integra starts but than turns off

i have been reading all the forums and i have tried a few things that have been posted, my 92 Integra LS will start when i spray starter fluid and stay on for about 5 minutes but than it turns off and the spark plugs are black. so i know its running rich as i have read in the forum. so i replaced the fuel regulator. i cleaned the spark plugs and this time around the spark plugs weren't black but i still need to spray starter fluid to start it but this time it turns on and than it turns of, can anyone tell me what it could be. i would greatly appreciate it.

Is your check engine light on? If it is check out the codes to see what you have to check first.

The check engine light is off.

Thats a new one for me.....what do u mean by blinker fluids???

ohhh you know the fluids that go to your blinkers to keep the car on. right under the cruise control
