93 Integra Intake

I just picked up a 93 Integra and its got a little bit done to it, one question I have is that my cold air intake goes down by the bumper. is it bad to have my filter down that low. There is a cover under it, but from what ive seen in pics on here most peoples filter is up by the battery. Thanks for any suggestions you guys might have. Doug

It works but you run the risk of hitting a puddle and sucking water into your motor. I've seen several Hondas blow up because of this setup

Typically with a setup like that, you'll want to run an inline bypass filter in the event that it does suck up water.

Take it off, or get a bypass. Ask me how I know............... hahaha
