94-01 Headlight assembly

I have a 95 GS-R with a 2000 front end conversion. I bought the car like this. Anyway I need a new passenger side headlight assembly because water keeps getting into it. I tried resealing it but that didn't work.
I was wondering if the 94-97 Headlights are the same as the 98-01.. Because if i have a 2000 front end then i must have the 2000 headlights as well... ?

nope, u need the 98-01 headlights in order for them to fit right. the older ones sit differently in the bumper.

you could use it. there'll just be a small gap between the headlight and the bumper.
then find yourself a 98-01 and mail me your 94-97 headlight
