94-97 ITR Lip

This has probably been asked before but i couldnt find it anywhere. Where is a good place to buy a 94-97 Type r lip from. The cheapest i could find was $125 @ streetstyler. I want polyurethene (sp?) not something thats gonna break with a little bump. Any suggestions?
