What will I have to do to put the 94 b18c that was in my DA . into a 1999 gsr shell

Unless you made some custom brackets or anything, then nothing. Well, you'll have to lift a heavy friggin engine into a car and hook everything up, but nothing custom will need to be done (potentially). There is always SOMETHING that needs to be changed. It very rarely goes perfectly. Should be fine though.

What about since car is obd2 and motor is obd1

there is a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness which will most likely let you swap it in assuming your not gonna re use the harness out of your old car and use the one that currently sits in the 99

There is no harness in the 99. So I need to buy one
